One operational view across the signals China cannot make agree: what is deleted, blocked, rewritten, delisted, hidden from models, and contradicted by economic telemetry. Every signal shows its source state and age; a denominator appears whenever the upstream reading publishes one. This is the complete record from the configured instruments, not a claim to observe every event in China. The board captures public posts, deletions, archives and GFW injector telemetry. It does not capture private WeChat, classified systems, or in-country accounts, and it never substitutes a synthetic live reading.

Every configured signal appears, even when missing or stale. Search the board, then open a record for source, method, health and fingerprint. When a source file is larger than the public board bound, this page keeps a compact prefix and the complete bytes stay at that signal's raw URL.

The operating contract

What “continuous” means here

Independent collectors run on cadences matched to their sources, from hourly to daily, weekly and monthly. This roll-up checks their committed readings hourly. The browser recomputes age against each source deadline, so a board can become stale without waiting for somebody to republish the page.

One failed collector cannot erase the last verified reading. It becomes stale or missing, remains visible in the coverage map, and lowers the board’s health.

Safety lines this surface will not cross

  • Public-source reads only; no targeting of people.
  • No offensive action, hack-back or third-party deception.
  • No synthetic fallback wearing a live timestamp.
  • No single fused rate when independent vantages materially disagree.
  • No typology match presented as proof of predicate offence, source of funds or guilt.
  • No private model, raw message, exact IOC or operational lead published through the commons.
