中新网8月30日电 据云南省应急管理厅微信公众号消息，8月30日，云南省财政厅、省应急管理厅紧急下达西双版纳州、昆明市省级自然灾害救灾资金1000万元，用于补助勐腊县磨憨镇盐塘水库漫溢险情应急处置及洪涝救灾方面的工作。要求充分发挥救灾资金使用效益，规范救灾资金流程控制，依法合规下达预算、分配和使用资金，确保救灾资金全部用于漫溢险情应急处置、排危除险、紧急转移安置、受灾群众基本生活保障及洪涝灾害抢险救援等方面的工作。同时各级要做好绩效自评工作，适时开展省级自然灾害救灾资金使用管理自查，及时发现问题，发现问题及时纠正，确保专项资金使用安全、监管到位。
