中新网9月16日电 (记者 高萌)16日，最高人民法院发布一批网络法治典型案例。其中，自媒体博主张某、胡某共计有超2000万粉丝，2023年7月起，张某以另一博主李某“插足”其与男友情感为由，联合胡某在社交平台、直播间侮辱诽谤李某，煽动粉丝实施网暴。李某的部分商业合作方解除与李某合作协议，后李某提起名誉权侵权诉讼，申请人格权侵害禁令。人民法院依法裁定张某、胡某立即停止侵权行为，禁令有效期限为6个月；如违反禁令，法院将依法视情节轻重予以罚款、拘留；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
